Policies & Guidelines

​1. Scheduling & Booking

    •    All training sessions must be scheduled in advance through the website's booking software.

    •    If you’re unsure which program is right for you, I offer consultations to discuss your goals and recommend the best plan.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    •    I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a session charge unless it’s an emergency.

    •    If I need to cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule.

 

3. Payment Policy

    •    Payment for sessions is required prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged.

    •    I accept [list accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit, cash, etc.].

    •    Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe, and refunds are not available for unused sessions.

 

4. Late Arrivals

    •    If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.

    •    Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival to respect the time of other clients.

 

5. Training Locations & Travel

    •    I offer in-home, outdoor, and small-group training at various locations.

    •    Travel to client homes is available within 15 miles. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.

 

6. Health & Safety

    •    All clients must complete a health questionnaire & waiver before starting training.

    •    If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, please inform me before your session.

    •    If you feel unwell or experience discomfort during training, let me know immediately.

 

7. Group Training & Events

    •    Group training sessions require advance registration to secure a spot.

    •    Participants are expected to respect and support one another to maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

    •    Private events must be booked at least four weeks in advance, with a deposit required to confirm the event.

 

8. Communication & Accountability

    •    I am here to support and guide you, but progress requires commitment.

    •    Open communication is encouraged—if you have concerns, feedback, or need adjustments, let’s talk!

 

9. Code of Conduct

    •    All clients are expected to show up with a positive attitude, respect fellow participants, and give their best effort.

    •    Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

 

10. Refund Policy

    •    Training sessions and packages are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with proper documentation.

    •    If you need to pause a package due to injury or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me to discuss options.
